We would like to welcome all new students who are joining NHGS this week. We hope you have a good first week and we look forward to meeting you and your parents at our events throughout the year.
Welcome back to all existing students and their families. We hope you had a lovely summer break.
A full calendar of events will be posted soon.
Here are the winning raffle ticket numbers from today’s fantastic event! Well done to all the winners and thank you to everyone who bought tickets or donated prizes.
Find us on the lower field on Friday 14th July to buy your raffle tickets and be in with a chance to win some fabulous prizes; silver jewellery crafted especially for you, champagne, a children’s ‘fun in the sun’ hamper and lots, lots more.
£1 per ticket or 6 tickets for £5
Stay with us a while and have some family fun in our games area; tug o’ war, croquet, boules, dominoes, jenga, teamwork skis and sack races are just some of the activities you can try your hand at.
This year the Parents’ Association have donated £10,000 for equipment for the new Sports Hall.
We would love to be able to do the same again, so please give generously.
Join us to celebrate the opening of the new Sports Hall. This is a fantastic resource for our children and for the wider community, and the Parents Association have worked hard all year to raise funds for some of the equipment which will furnish it.
More details can be found in the link below.
Thank you to all those who have already donated unwanted foreign currency, we’ve managed to collect our first 5kg!
The collection bucket is still in school reception, waiting for anything you may have left over from holidays or lurking in drawers or down the back of the sofa, so please keep sending in your donations.
Thank you again for your support.
As this academic year enters its final half term, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support, especially all those parents and other family members who have helped us serve refreshments, sell raffle tickets and run stalls at the Christmas Fayre. With your help we have been able to raise over £9000, which has been spent on a number of projects in school.
